5:14 pm	trott Today I did trott. It's a theraputic riding program for people with disabilities. I was a sidewalker and had to help the rider follow the teachers instructions. I get to groom and tack up the horse. Of course I get to pick up the horse poop too bleh! This is something I am doing with my mom twice a month. Mom has been going for years and really enjoys her volunteer work. Of course I then came home to my three animals. They are so rowdy today and will not leave each other alone. I almost can't wait to go to work tomorrow....almost. I definately can't wait until bedtime. Current Mood: cranky (Comment on this)

5:44 pm	another day done We had the big wig in at work today. I scrubbed and cleaned and disenfected like crazy but forgot to wear my lab coat. However I think she was happy with my efforts at maintaining the laundry and keeping it organized. My feet are so sore though because I was up a 4am at work by 5am. I worked until 3pm and then home by 5pm. I still have to make supper, do homework with my kids, give baths, get 3 kids ready for bed, do laundry, get bags ready for tomorrow..*whew* I am exhausted just thinking about it all. Tomorrow I am off and get to practise the fine art of loafing. :) Current Mood: crazy (Comment on this)

6:22 pm	argh Ever have one of those days where you wished yoiu had stayed in bed? I had one of those today. At work I had so much laundry waiting for me to do. It was never ending really. I had 3 floods. The first one happened while I was at lunch. I am walking back to the laundry room with the girl I work with when we see this large soapy puddle in the hallway. I opened the door and the whole back end of the laundry was covered in water. The drains backed up 3 freakin times and for all I know my laundry is covered in water again. Then I leave work and it is raining. I mean just pouring. Thank god I was getting a ride home. Of course the sooner I got home the sooner the rest of the christmas decor went up. It is the first week of November and I have decorations, stockings, garland and my freakin christmas tree up already. I don't wanna think about christmas yet. I just wanna get through Mum's birthday this month, mine and my hubby's birthday Dec 1 and my son's birthday Dec 2 before I wanna deal with christmas decorations. I have a 23 month old son who wants to play with the ornaments and reposition them. Some of the ornaments I have are from the 70's. They are collected from my childhood I will be very distressed if these get ruined or broken because the tree is up 2 stinking months before christmas. However there is no talking to my hubby. 8:50 pm	My ex is useless If I could go just one weekend without getting a phone call telling me what I need to discuss with my boys because thier father is a tool I would be happy. In the 3 years since we have split he has bounced from one relationship to another and the last one did damage to our children. Now he has yet another girlfriend and once again his needs reign supreme above the needs of his kids. My boys are screaming out for his attention but he does not get that. He keeps them confined in his little basement apartment and then wonders when they get a little stir crazy. What is it going to take for this guy to wake up a buy a clue? 6:03 pm	work sucks Ok so I get to work today to find a note saying "I know this isn't your responsibility but the washers weren't cleaned. Could you clean them." So nice that my boss took the time to ask me to do it instead of making those responsible do it. Work is also being difficult about our christmas schedule. My department has only 4 permanent staff. 2 fulltime and 2 partime. Out of that 4 3 of us have small children so naturally 3 of us really want christmas day off so it's gonna be a big fight to see who actually gets the time off. I of course need the two weeks school is going to be out because 8 full days of care....scary! My sister in law has also announced that she is expecting a baby. This of course has reaffirmed my desire to have another baby myself. I can hear all of you who know me saying "what is she crazy she has 3 already". 9:13 pm	My first entry Ok so now I have a live journal in an effort to keep in touch with friends..poke poke nudge nudge JO..I am still trying to figure this all out. Ooh now I have a place to rant about my ignorant ex for the whole world to see. The dumb ass was suppose to pick the kids up tonight since he had to work late. 9 o'clock he says he will be here. It is currently 9:25 and he just called saying he is going to be late. There is always some damn excuse with him. Some stupid reason why he can't be on time, or take his kids, or keep his kids, or pay his freaking child support. I don't understand why he doesn't get his new girlfriend to bring him to get his kids. Well just got the answer to my own question...her car is in the shop. It amazes me how this man has to constantly work but never ever EVER has the money to pay me. Now I find out this new chick who I never met is watching my boys this weekend.
